In developed countries, the PPP model tried as a transfer of managership to the private sector under state control, and this method more particularly applied to the health sector. Since the 1990s the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Italy, Spain, Portugal, South Africa and countries such as Holland tried and provided high-quality at the lowest possible cost to purchase. The first law in this area came in to force in 1997 in England. In recent years,Turkey become our region’s health center and this situation made necessary and appeal PPP projects. In the design process these projects requires significant time and hard work separation. Sila Health Services studied and implemented the projects in this manner in Turkey and other countries. Our Group, with great experience and professional staff joined the projects in Turkey and nearby countries alone or with business partners.
