About your personal data, your rights in article 11 of the CCCK numbered 6698 are as follows:
By applying to our company; your personal data;
1) Learning the purpose of the using and whether it is used appropriately for its purpose,
2) Knowing the 3rd persons whom data transferred to them up country / abroad,
3) Requesting to correct if incomplete / incorrectly processed
4) Requesting to cancel and delete them in subject to the conditions of 7th Article of the CCCK
5) Requesting to notify the 3rd persons according to paragraphs (5) and (6) whom transactions carried out
6) Objection to the problems emerging due to analysis which is done by automatic systems exclusively
7) “a legal claim can be made in case you are wounded due to being processed in violation of the law.”
